What's the best way to try on my new bralette?
Try it on when your skin is 100% clean and dry (free deodorant,  lotion, self-tanner, oils, or fragrance, etc.). Make sure to bone up on our returns and exchange policy. Gently pull the bralette over your head or step into it and carefully pull up to meet your breasts.  The built-in concealer should be centered on your nipple, so adjust cups and straps to make that happen. Do not overly pull, or yank at the bra like crazy.  The built-in concealer could separate from the knit fabric if pulled too abruptly, and you're not gonna want that to happen.
The concealing area is not centered on my nipple, now what?
Your nipple is meant to land directly under the the smallest, most rigid circle in the center of the built in concealer.  If your nipple seems to be escaping from under the concealer, adjust the straps to tighten or loosen bra.  The cups are very stretchy, so you can gently tug on the edges, or move your breast, to make sure your nipple is centered under the smallest circle. The built in concealer is designed to cover nipples that are generally located in the center of a breast.  If you find the concealer to be completely off the mark, please contact us.
Can I throw my bra in the washing machine or dryer?
DO NOT PUT IT THE DRYER.  The built-in concealing element is sensitive to heat.  Heat may cause it to warp or jeopardize the integrity of the nipple concealer. Hand wash and hang to dry for the best results.    If you must put in the washing machine, place bra in a mesh lingerie bag and wash in cold water, delicate cycle.    To dry:  with cups cups facing floor, hang by looping the back band around a hook, hanger, door knob, tub faucet, ironing board, etc.  This bra will be your new #1, so you'll want to take care of it.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Items purchased before 1pm, Monday through Friday will be shipped on the date of purchase.  The estimated delivery is 2-3 business days.  Weekend orders will ship out on Mondays.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your online order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on "My Orders." It will include the order number, order's status, amount, and if it has shipped, will have a link to your tracking information. Here you will also find a complete list of all past orders (which makes it easier to re-purchase your favorites!) I'm interested in your products, how do I create an account?
You can easily create a new account with us just by entering your email and creating a password. Click on the My Account link at the top right hand side of the page and choose "Create Account". You will then be able to shop online with us and browse your in-store purchase history, making it easy to re-order any of your absolute favorites.
Help! I’m having trouble logging in. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, just click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login screen and an email will be sent to you shortly that prompt you to create a new one. If for some reason you don't receive that email, just contact us here and we can re-set it for you.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password anytime by logging into your account and selecting "Account Information." The Change Password option is on the right side of the page- just enter your current password and confirm your new one. You can also click the “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it.
