USPS Priority Mail Shipping:

  • Sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after being placed

Domestic Shipping

  • USPS First Class Domestic Shipping (within the continental US) is free for orders of 2 or more bras; otherwise, shipping is a $3.50 flat rate. 
  • Domestic Orders are expected to arrive within 2-4 days from being shipped

International Shipping

  • USPS First Class International Shipping is free for orders of 2 or more bras; otherwise, shipping is a $10 flat rate.  Orders are expected to arrive 8-20 days from being shipped. 
  • USPS Priority International Shipping is $20 flat rate.   Orders are expected to arrive within 6-10 days from being shipped.   


Returns and Exchanges Policy


All items are eligible for return within 14 days of the original purchase date. Given the delicate nature of what we sell, items must meet our *return eligible criteria and be: Unworn, Unwashed, Undamaged (no pulls or snags in fabric, smells, stains, etc.) with tags attached in order to proceed with a return. To help ensure your items are eligible for a return, please read, “What’s the best way to try on my new bralette?” in FAQ section.

Exchanges and Refunds

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping.  If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we will deduct the original shipping cost (if applicable).

Please note,

  • Exchanges and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected to confirm they meet our *return-eligible criteria
  • Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return/exchange/refund request after your return package has been shipped.
  • Direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
  • If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s discounted price.
  • Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.

Returns Process

To return an item, click on My Account at top of home page, and then click on Orders. Find the item you would like to return and click on Refund or Exchange, and a “Request Form” will be displayed. After filling out this form, click on Submit Request.

Customer Service will review request and upon approval, a return-shipping label will be sent to customer via email.

Once received, if the item meets our return eligible criteria above, a refund will be applied to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping charge (if applicable).  If an exchange, it will be processed with complimentary shipping.
