Shipping and Returns

• Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed before noon EST on designated shipping days are typically shipped the same day.

• Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (trackable)

• Free Shipping on orders of two or more bralettes. Otherwise, shipping costs $9.00 flat rate.

• Domestic orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 days after shipment.

Orders shipped via DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard, (Delivery: 10-21 business days).

All prices are in USD and converted to your currency at checkout.

• $9 USD flat-rate shipping worldwide for two or more bralettes

• We are not responsible for duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

• All items can be returned/exhanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• Due to the delicate nature of our products, items must be unworn (except for initial try-on), unwashed, undamaged, and fragrance-free to qualify for a return. A 50% deduction will be applied to the refund if any of these conditions are not met, as we are unable to resell the item. Please ensure tags are attached.

Returns: • Original shipping is non-refundable • Full refunds: $15 restocking fee (free shipping orders) or $6 return shipping fee (paid shipping orders) deducted from refund • No fees for exchanges or quality issues

Between sizes? Order both sizes and request a return label at checkout. Keep one, return one - exchanges are always free, no fees.

• Before placing an order, review our Size Chart or Contact us if you have any questions about sizing or fit. While international exchanges and returns are possible, they can be complicated.

• We're unable to provide return labels for international exchanges. To make an exchange or return, please ship the bralette(s) via trackable, first-class postage from your country of origin, and contact us to provide the tracking number.

• Exchanges: $10 fee to cover our cost of shipping the replacement to you.

• Full refunds: $15 restocking fee (single bra orders) or $10 restocking fee (2+ bra orders) deducted from refund.

• Original shipping is nonrefundable.

• Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return/exchange/refund request.

• If returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s discounted price.
