Shipping
USPS Shipping
• Sent Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed before 12pm EST are typically shipped same business day.
Domestic Shipping
USPS First Class Domestic Shipping
• Within the continental US - free for orders of 2 or more bralettes; otherwise, shipping is a $5.00 flat rate.
• Domestic Orders are expected to arrive within 2-4 days from being shipped.
USPS Priority Shipping
• Within the continental US - $8.00 flat rate.
• Priority Orders are expected to arrive 1-3 days from being shipped.
International Shipping
USPS First Class International Shipping
• Free for orders of 2 or more bralettes; otherwise, shipping is a $10 flat rate. Orders are expected to arrive 8-20 days from being shipped.
USPS Priority International Shipping
• $20 flat rate. Orders are expected to arrive within 6-10 days from being shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns
• All items are eligible for return within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Given the delicate nature of what we sell, items must be: unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags attached, in order to proceed with a return.
• Before trying on your bralette, please read, "What’s the best way to try on my new bralette?” in FAQ section.
Domestic Exchanges/Returns
Exchanges and Refunds: Please make sure to read our Size Chart before placing an order.
• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges with complimentary shipping.
• If you’d like to return an item for refund, we deduct a return shipping cost of $5.00.
International Exchanges/Returns
We do not offer International exchanges or returns.
• Before placing an order, please make sure to read our Size Chart and/or Contact Us with sizing questions. We want to send you the best size on the first try.
• Due to the expense and complicated nature of international shipping, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
Exchange / Return Process
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
To exchange or return a bralette, please contact us. Very quickly, we can help with a return label and/or new sizing needs.
Please Note
• We want you to be happy with your bralette (that's the point, right?) and will work with you if outside the 14 day window.
• Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return/exchange/refund request after your return package has been shipped.
• If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s discounted price.
• Please make sure to read our Size Chart before placing an order.
