Shipping

Shipping Frequency

• Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed before noon EST on designated shipping days are typically shipped the same day.

Domestic Shipping

• Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (trackable)

• Free Shipping on orders of two or more bralettes. Otherwise, shipping costs $9.00 flat rate.

• Domestic orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 days after shipment.

International Shipping

Orders shipped via DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard, (Delivery: 10-21 business days).

All prices are in USD and converted to your currency at checkout. 
• $18 USD flat-rate shipping worldwide for one bralette
• $9 USD flat-rate shipping worldwide for two or more bralettes

• We are not responsible for duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns Conditions

• All items can be returned/exhanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• Custom bras are nonrefundable.

• Due to the delicate nature of our products, items must be unworn (except for initial try-on), unwashed, undamaged, and fragrance-free to qualify for a return. A 50% deduction will be applied to the refund if any of these conditions are not met, as we are unable to resell the item. Please ensure tags are attached.

• Before trying on your bralette, please read "What’s the best way to try on my new bralette?” in the FAQ section.

Domestic Exchanges/Returns

Before ordering, please review our Size Chart or Contact us with any fit questions.

All domestic (USA) returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal.

  • The "Buy 2, Keep 1" Special: Between sizes? Order both and request a return label in your "Order Notes" at checkout. Keep one, return one—exchanges are always free with no fees.
  • Full Returns: Original shipping is non-refundable. A $6 return shipping fee (paid shipping orders) or $15 restocking fee (free shipping orders) is deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: No fees apply. Exchange Portal Here
  • Please note: Custom Bras are non-refundable.



International Exchanges/Returns

Our Returns Portal does not support international returns. All international returns are handled manually — here's how:

  1. Contact us to let us know you're returning an item and the reason.
  2. Ship your return via trackable First Class Post from your country of origin.
  3. Email us your tracking number so we can monitor transit.
  4. We'll take it from there — refunds processed within 10 business days of receipt; exchanges ship once we confirm your return is in transit.

Returns for Refund
Ship your return via trackable First Class Post from your country of origin and email us your tracking number once it's in transit. Upon receipt, we'll process your refund — and we'll cover up to $18 of your return shipping cost.

Please note: Custom Bras are nonrefundable.

Exchanges
Send your item back via trackable First Class Post from your country of origin and email us your tracking number. Once we confirm your return is in transit, we'll ship your replacement right away. A $9 shipping fee will be deducted from your return shipping refund.

"Buy 2, Keep 1" Special
Between sizes? Order both and keep one — we'll cover up to $18 of your return shipping cost for the size you're sending back. Ship via trackable First Class Post from your country of origin and email us your tracking number once it's in transit.

• If returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s discounted price.
