Shipping and Returns

• Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed before noon EST on designated shipping days are typically shipped the same day.

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.

• $9 flat-rate shipping for one bralette
• Free shipping on two or more bralettes anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii

Orders ship via DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard. Delivery takes 10 to 21 business days.

• $18 flat-rate shipping for one bralette
• $9 flat-rate shipping for two or more bralettes

All prices are in USD and are converted to your currency at checkout.

Your country may charge duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees on delivery. These are set by your local customs office, aren't included in our prices, and are your responsibility.

• Ship return and exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
• Custom bras are final sale.
• Because of the delicate nature of our products, items must be unworn (except for an initial try-on), unwashed, undamaged, and fragrance-free, with tags attached. If an item doesn't meet these conditions, we can't resell it, and we'll deduct 50% from your refund.

Start all US returns and exchanges at our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

• Shipping: $9 for one bralette. Free for two or more.
• Keep one, return the rest: Keep at least one bra from your order and return the rest with no return fee, no matter how many. Mix any styles, sizes, and colors.
• Exchanges: Always free.
• Perfect Placement Guarantee: If the petals on a Standard bra don’t line up with your nipples, exchange it for Custom Placement through the Returns Portal.
• Refunds: One bra, $6 return shipping fee. Two or more bras, $15 fee to cover shipping both ways. Original shipping is nonrefundable. Prefer store credit? Choose it in the Returns Portal.
• Custom bras are final sale.

Returns from outside the US can be costly, so please check our Size Chart and the fit notes for each style before ordering, or contact us with any fit questions.

• Shipping: $18 for one bralette, $9 for two or more. Delivery takes 10 to 21 business days. Your country may charge duties or import taxes on delivery, and those aren't included in our prices.
• Refunds: Please ship your return with tracking. Return shipping isn't covered, and original shipping is nonrefundable.
• Exchanges: We cover your return shipping, minus $9 to ship your new size.

• How to return: Email us first, then ship your return within 14 days of delivery and send us your tracking number. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Custom bras are final sale.

• Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return/exchange/refund request.
• If returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s discounted price.
• Original shipping is nonrefundable.
• Custom Bras are nonrefundable. 
• Please follow our Size Chart before placing an order.
