Shipping and Returns

• Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed before noon EST on designated shipping days are typically shipped the same day.

•Within the continental US, free shipping on orders of three or more bralettes (with a subtotal of $100 or more after discounts). Otherwise, shipping costs $9.00 flat rate.

• Domestic orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 days after shipment.

• USPS First Class Shipping: $20 USD
• USPS First Class Shipping: $10 USD for orders of three or more bralettes (with a subtotal of $100 USD or more after discounts).
•UPS Options at Checkout for faster delivery.

• USPS First Class orders are expected to arrive within 7-14 days from the shipment date. (However, USPS has been known to take up to 6 weeks!)

• All items can be returned/exhanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• Due to the delicate nature of our products, items must be unworn (except for initial try-on), unwashed, undamaged, and fragrance-free to qualify for a return. A 50% deduction will be applied to the refund if any of these conditions are not met, as we are unable to resell the item. Please ensure tags are attached.

• Before trying on your bralette, please read "What’s the best way to try on my new bralette?” in the FAQ section.

To avoid return shipping fees (see below), please review our Size Chart or Contact Us with any questions about sizing before placing your order. The Elli Bralette runs smaller than expected, as noted on our Size Chart.

• Original shipping is nonrefundable. Exchange shipping is free.

• To exchange an item for a different size or color of equal value, we offer direct exchanges (subject to availability) with free shipping.

• To exchange a sale item for a non-sale item, the customer is responsible for the price difference (sent via email invoice) and must settle the amount before the item ships.

• To receive a refund for a return, we deduct a $6.00 return shipping fee.

• Before placing an order, review our Size Chart and contact us if you have any questions about sizing or fit. The Elli Bralette is a seamless bra and runs smaller than expected. While international exchanges and returns are available, they are more complicated than domestic ones.

• We're unable to provide USPS return labels for international exchanges. To make an exchange or return, please ship the bralette(s) via trackable, first-class postage from your country of origin, and contact us to provide the tracking number.

• Original shipping is nonrefundable.

• International Exchange Shipment = $15 USD Flat Rate.

To exchange or return a bralette, please contact us. Very quickly, we will help with return label and/or new sizing needs.

• Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return/exchange/refund request after shipping your return package.
• If returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s discounted price.
• Original shipping is nonrefundable.
