Shipping and Returns

• Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed before noon EST on designated shipping days are typically shipped the same day.

• Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (trackable)

• Free Shipping on orders of two or more bralettes. Otherwise, shipping costs $9.00 flat rate.

• Domestic orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 days after shipment.

Orders shipped via DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard, (Delivery: 10-21 business days).

All prices are in USD and converted to your currency at checkout. 
• $18 USD flat-rate shipping worldwide for one bralette
• $9 USD flat-rate shipping worldwide for two or more bralettes

• We are not responsible for duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

• All items can be returned/exhanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• Due to the delicate nature of our products, items must be unworn (except for initial try-on), unwashed, undamaged, and fragrance-free to qualify for a return. A 50% deduction will be applied to the refund if any of these conditions are not met, as we are unable to resell the item. Please ensure tags are attached.

All domestic (USA) returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal.

• The "Buy 2, Keep 1" Special: Between sizes? Order both and request a return label in your "Order Notes" at checkout. Keep one, return one—exchanges are always free with no fees.
• Full Returns: Original shipping is non-refundable. A $6 return shipping fee (paid shipping orders) or $15 restocking fee (free shipping orders) is deducted from your refund.

Our Returns Portal does not support international orders. Please Contact Us to initiate your return.

• The "Buy 2, Keep 1" Special: Between sizes? Order both and keep one. We will refund your return shipping cost* for the returned size
  *Requirement: Return must be sent via trackable, First Class Post from your country of origin. You must email us the tracking number.
• Returns for Refund: Since the original shipping is non-refundable, we apply a flat $6 restocking fee to process your return.
• Exchanges: A $9 shipping fee will be invoiced for your replacement.

• Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return/exchange/refund request.

• If returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s discounted price.

• Original shipping is nonrefundable.

• Please make sure to follow our Size Chart before placing an order.
