RETURNS CONDITIONS
All items can be returned/exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• Due to the delicate nature of our products, items must be unworn (except for initial try-on), unwashed, undamaged, and fragrance-free to qualify for a return. A 50% deduction will be applied to the refund if any of these conditions are not met, as we are unable to resell the item. Please ensure tags are attached.

• Before trying on your bralette, please read "What’s the best way to try on my new bralette?” in the FAQ section. 

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Review our Size Chart or Contact Us with size questions before ordering.

Exchanges (Always Free): • Complimentary direct exchange with free return shipping • Sale item to non-sale item - pay price difference before shipping

Returns: • Original shipping is non-refundable • Full refunds: $15 restocking fee (free shipping orders) or $6 return shipping fee (paid shipping orders) deducted from refund to help cover processing costs for our small, Made in USA operation • No fees for exchanges or quality issues

Between sizes? Order both sizes and request a return label at checkout. Keep one, return one - exchanges are always free, no fees.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Before placing an order, review our Size Chart or Contact Us if you have questions about sizing. While international exchanges and returns are possible, they can be complicated.

• We're unable to provide return labels for international exchanges. To make an exchange or return, please ship the bralette(s) via trackable, first-class postage from your country of origin and Contact Us to provide the tracking number.

• We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees charged by your country.

Exchanges: $10 fee to cover our cost of shipping the replacement to you.

Full refunds: $15 restocking fee (single bra orders) or $10 restocking fee (2+ bra orders) deducted from refund.

• Original shipping is non-refundable.

• If returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item's discounted price.
