Refund policy

RETURN CONDITIONS
Return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn (except for an initial try-on), unwashed, undamaged, and fragrance-free, with tags attached.
  • If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we can’t resell it, and we’ll deduct 50% from your refund.
  • Custom bras are final sale.

US EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Review our Size Chart or contact us with sizing questions before ordering. Start all US returns and exchanges at our Returns Portal.

Keep one, return the rest: Keep at least one bra from your order and return the rest with no return fee, no matter how many. Mix any styles, sizes, and colors. Not sure of your size? Order two and keep the one that fits.

Exchanges: always free

  • Free exchange with free return shipping.
  • Upgrading to a higher-priced style? Pay the price difference before we ship.
  • Perfect Placement Guarantee: if the petals on a Standard bra don’t line up with your nipples, exchange it for Custom Placement through the Returns Portal.

Returns for a refund

  • One bra: $6 return shipping fee.
  • Two or more bras: $15 fee to cover shipping both ways.
  • Original shipping is nonrefundable.
  • Prefer store credit? Choose it in the Returns Portal.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Returns from outside the US can be costly, so please check our Size Chart and the fit notes for each style before ordering, or contact us with any fit questions.

Our Returns Portal doesn’t support international returns, so we handle them by email:

  1. Email us to let us know you’re returning an item and why.
  2. Ship your return with tracking.
  3. Email us your tracking number.
  4. We’ll take it from there. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Exchanges ship once we confirm your return is on its way.

Returns for a refund: Return shipping isn’t covered, and original shipping is nonrefundable.

Exchanges: We cover your return shipping, minus $9 to ship your new size.

Keep one, return the rest: Keep at least one bra and return the rest. We’ll cover up to $9 of your return shipping.
